Great stay

This was perfect for our annual girls beach trip. Overall everything was great and the unit was very clean! The only recommendation I have is to replace the beach chairs that are there. A few of them were broken and we couldn’t use them.

Lots of room for parking. Great view from the upstairs balcony. Property has an ice machine (A PLUS). Steep stairs so pack accordingly! Lots of beach chairs and a “beach buggy” to transport items to the beach. Would definitely rent again!

Very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home, had everything we needed. Very spacious and very convenient to have the garage to park in. Beautiful views, just a short walk (less than 50 yards to the beach). Not far from a gas station and a few restaurants on the island. Just a very nice place, and we would definitely stay there again 10/10 would highly recommende.

Great location with a beautiful view of the water. Very quick access to the water from the house. There are great choices for beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas and a few poles. I loved the enclosed garage to store everything as it helped keep the house clean. There is a good supply of kitchen supplies and a good assortment of spices. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The home was clean and well cared for. The management group was very responsive to questions when I reached out.

The house is amazing and well stocked. The beach is not crowded and great area. Staff at ITrip answered all questions and were helpful. We have booked the house in the fall to bring grandchildren.

Right on the sand

We loved being right on the beach, and the two-leveled balconies provided amazing views. It’s a peaceful stretch of beach as well - there was never a time when we felt crowded by people at all. You will have to drive a short distance for restaurants and groceries, but it’s easy access. I would gladly stay here again.

Peaceful Paradise

This property could not have been more ideal for our week stay. It was steps away from the beach which was wonderful. It is near the Gulf Island National Park which is beautiful. There was no problem getting to other places (i.e. restaurants, grocery store, etc) We took a short trip over to Pensacola Beach which was less than 30 minutes and a beautiful drive. Even though there were neighbors on either side of us, we didn't hear them and felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Very peaceful. Will definitely book this place when we return.
