Perfect!

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all necessities needed for cooking (aside from spices etc). The decor is so cozy and it’s so easy to get out to the beach. The only negative is the stairs.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed this home very much. Very nice and comfort. Close to public beach access !! So a lot of “stragglers “ crowding the area Neighbors on both sides with Dogs that they did not clean up afterwards so area around back with lots of poop that the dog owners did not clean up…

We're so glad you had such a great stay in this beautiful home and the location was perfect. We appreciate your feedback as well. It sounds like our high cleaning standards were not met and we will certainly discuss this with the housekeeping department. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent housekeeping to the home to address any cleaning issues found. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stays with us. We hope this will not detour you from staying with us again in the future.

Great location

The location is perfect but the house needs some work. Sheets were stained and the umbrella outside didn’t work. Nothing that truly affected our trip but for the price some little things could be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of the cleanliness of all of our properties and would have gladly addressed any issues if we had been informed during your stay. It is concerning that you rated the home 6/10, as it consistently receives 10/10 stars from other guests, including those who stayed before and after you. Our linens are freshly laundered for each guest, and any with stains are discarded. The homeowner is exceptionally proactive and ensures there are spare items such as new hammocks and umbrellas available, aiming to provide guests with the best vacation experience possible.

Breezy beach trip

The wind blew pretty hard the first 2-3 days and we could not get in the water. But, the beach is wide and clean. The water was very clear. The house has been updated and is very comfortable. They may have the best stocked and organized kitchen in any rental we have had. This made cooking a delight, especially since we bought fresh seafood and cooked every night. Awesome experience and we will be coming back.

Perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well maintained townhome directly on the beach. I have typically stayed in condos and this was a fantastic change from the norm. Nicely decorated and furnished with pretty much everything you’ll need. Far enough away from the crowd to give you a home feel yet close enough to restaurants/shops to get what you need. Will definitely keep this on my beach trip list.
