House sleeps 15 w/6 BR + bunk room, 3 & 1/2 baths; guests may bring there own tent to set up on tent platform tent w/ deck. 360 degree views of river, floor to ceiling glass doors, 2 fireplaces, cathedral ceiling, 52 inch smart TV, dining room table seats 10, Aga stove, refrigerator, separate freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. Washer/dryer. High speed Internet, electric heat. 2 large decks (front/sunset, back sunrise) w/table, seating, grill, Private Har tru tennis court, basketball and sand volleyball courts. 2 natural protected harbors, boathouse & multiple docks, swimming raft and platform, stone gazebo with one of highest points on the river. 3 sea kayaks, 2 paddle boards; motor boat not included but can be rented in Clayton. Jolly Island is 1/2 mile from Potter's Beach and 1/2 mile from 40 Acre Shoals, site of world record muskies.
