This is a 100% Owner Managed Vacation Rental. You will be dealing directly with the owner at all times! The condo is updated yearly, and is in a residential community. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a minimum. Contact me for a quote today.

Unit has been freshly painted in November 2019. New carpet was installed in November 2020. In 2022 we added newer furniture and a 55” tv in the living room.

We invite you to become part of our family. We want you to experience luxury vacationing at an affordable price. This 2-bedroom (first floor end unit) condo rental in the Myrtlewood golf community is near the center of fabulous Myrtle Beach, SC.

The condo is just minutes away from some of the area’s best and most popular venues where our guests can enjoy a wealth of entertainment opportunities like Myrtle Waves Water Park, Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, amusement park s, Parasailing, Deep Sea Fishing, shopping and dining, and endless golf.

Our two bedroom ground floor end unit in the Myrtlewood golf community is home to golfers as well as Cal Ripken Baseball Teams and their families. We are near the beach as well as shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Our condo is fully equipped with amenties like, free wifi, cable, 32” televisions in the bedrooms as well as a 55” Roku Smart TV in the living room, and even wall mounted hair driers in each bath. Yes, its luxurious, spacious, and elegant, but dont you deserve the best?

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Text a clear picture to 540-815-4523 of the pool bands (6) and the pool fob. Lost bands or fob may incur a $100.00 charge to your damage deposit
Start a load of bed linens in the washer. Start a load of dishes in the dishwasher. Take the trash to the dumpster
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ripken Tournament Stay

The condo was accurate as per the photos, dealing with the property manager was very easy and he replied quickly. The location was great, the property had everything we needed. It felt like we were at home.

Great Location for Volleyball at Convention Center

Granddaughter had volleyball tournament at MB Convention Center and this location was perfect. The home and neighborhood are very nice. Pack your own shampoo and soap or plan on buying at MB.

Really great environment. perfect for a family, short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Beach is approx 6-7 min drive. Really is the perfect place. I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Gary answered my text right away when I locked myself out and fixed my code immediately. Can’t wait to go back for a couples trip!

Awesome Labor Day Weekend

What a wonderful place. It's quiet and comfortable. We ate at great restaurants and played challenging golf courses. Breakfast on the back porch was so relaxing. The condo is nicely decorated and amply supplied with linens. The cleanliness is a definite plus. Thanks for letting us use the condo.

Being on the first floor was perfect.

The owner was a pleasure to work with. Great stay with our grandchildren. Attractions only minutes away from the location. The pool was very clean and right outside the condo. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend a griddle and muffin tin as we had young children that wanted pancakes. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We thought you might like to know a little more about us before renting our condo.

We first decided we wanted a retirement home and family vacation spot in 2006, though retirement was still quite a few years away. Our family has enjoyed our visits so much, we decided to share them with folks who love the beach as much as we do.

Our condo is a privately owned, two bedroom, two bath, ground floor end unit in the Magnolia Place community. This community is mostly residential. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a minimum. It is very close to the beach, yet out of the noise and congestion of beach front property. We are within minutes of Broadway at the Beach. For golfers, we have two courses on the property and are within minutes from many more.

We look forward to establishing many friends and repeat customers by offering “no hassle” accommodations at an extremely affordable price.
