This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher 3 hours prior to checking out so it can run a full cycle before the housekeepers get there at 10:00.
Be sure to log out of any streaming services like Netflix on both TV's, leave both TV's on the main Spectrum screen & leave the remotes near the TV's.
Be sure to leave the beach door key hanging on the hook by the front door for the next traveler.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bookings to be no longer than 14 days.
Primary renter shall not book for other individual
Property shall not be used for Commercial purposes/ photography or video

A Very Enjoyable Stay

The villa was perfect for our needs- sparkling clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and included thoughtful extras. Location was close to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were so convenient! Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that our pup was welcome.

Must rent this condo for your HHI stay

Beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable furniture and King Size bed isn’t a rock or a marshmallow. It’s high quality all the way at this condo. Owners are extremely responsive to texts, messages, inquiries of every nature. Definitely stay here! 5 minutes walk to the sand on beach.
