Very cute and quaint little cottage within walking distance to Downtown Cashiers. Property was clean, and staff was friendly! I especially love each cottage has its own parking spot and little grass area for our dog. We had a great weekend!

Clean and nice place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing.Bring Kleenex and shower gel/ hand soaps. Also, no water bottles or coffee provided. This cabin is on a short gravel road. This should be disclosed. You can see the lake, but the porch is not directly in front of the lake.

The cabin itself was cute and clean. The location was beautiful and close to dining and shopping. The swings and outdoor furniture had not been wiped down. Large spider webs were on the swings. My biggest complaint was check-in. The code we were given was not updated so it took almost an hour before VRBO reached the owner to give us the new code to access the key.

Homeowner was very nice when we communicated with her. No problems checking in or out, and cabin was clean. But I had impression from reading that it was a one-bedroom cabin, but it had no separated bedroom. It was basically all one room with a door to bathroom. Wi-fi practically nonexistent. Main complaint is that by this photo, the Birch Cabin appears to sit right on the lake shore. It does not. To me the listing is very misleading. We specifically wanted a cabin on the lake. What we got was a cabin, the first one on the road after you turn in to the group of cabins, thst leads down to the water’s edge. you could only see the water from a distance.

Nice little cabin.

Was in town for a wedding. Cabin was only a few minutes’ walk to venue, coffee, pub, shops, local walking trail. Two minor quibbles: plenty TP but could use a box of tissue; and the curtains seemed a bit sheer. I was not comfortable undressing even with them drawn.A nice little cabin - clean, met my needs. Cleaning fee was 99, sleep that in mind when shopping.
