Family Vacation

What a great property! The pool was amazing! We enjoyed the two days poolside. Loved the kitchen. Plenty of utensils. Good communication with the property owners. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Canal Location - Great neighbors - Lovely Setting

We had a great visit to this lovely home - Jess was great with responding to our questions - the home was comfortable and clean - 3 bedrooms and a murphy-bed room - perfect space for 3 couples and a child or 2. Yoga in the sun on the boat deck and pool in the afternoon.

Beautiful home & area

Our group loved the house and the area! The pool was great & being able to fish off the dock was a plus. We did see dolphins right at our dock as well. The house was very clean. Jess was very responsive to our questions and met our needs immediately. The neighbors were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation

House was prefect. The house was decorated beautifully. 4 adults 3 kids (18,15,13). The kids and parents loved everything about the house. The location was prefect. The covered dock was great for fishing, the outside living area was great for playing cards we plan on renting the house next year for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to come back.

So many small things that need to be fixed. We stayed last year for a week and sometimes you can over look things but this year for 2 weeks made us realize that the problems from the year before are still not fixed. House just needs lots and lots of work. And a good cleaning. Will not rent again.

Sue, this is disheartening to read given our conversations. I understand there were a few small things that needed to be fixed, and as soon as you alerted me to them, were promptly addressed within a few hours. I know it rained the whole time you were there which impacted the family fun but I cannot control the weather or the fact that the pool area was wet after it rained.

Bring your own cleaning crew

Property was just ok but very dirty. Owners should find another cleaning service. Our first surprise was the moldy coffee grinds in the maker. Only one TV in the property and only seating was one sofa. Renting to more than 4 will be an uncomfortable challenge. VRBO pictures did not reflect the conditions of the home. One of the outdoor seating had a fitted bedroom sheet on it. Other seats were green and moldy. Slow drains and half glass shower allowed water to splash on the wall. If this is a premier property, sheets and toilets should be clean. This is the first time I’ve ever wrote a bad review.

Hey Sandy, this is really unfortunate to see considering you stated the house was lovely and you did not need anything when I checked in after your arrival. We did unfortunately have to use a different cleaning team prior to your arrival due to our normal person being sick. I wish you would have told me your concerns so I could address them / do something about it. As for only one TV, that is advertised well in the photos and frankly is the way we prefer our home at this time. We prefer to enjoy all the beautiful outdoorsy activities Palm Coast has to offer vs staying inside to watch TV. I have never had any guests or parties of 7-8 state there was not enough room in the house for t given the spacious master suites and spacious outdoor screened in lanai - so I am sorry you felt that way. As for the outdoors furniture, it’s Florida and outdoor furniture takes a beating. We have since replaced the pillows now that we are aware of the issue again had you raised this to me I would have made it right.

We absolutely loved our stay! The kids loved having the kiddie pool to play in. And we got to see lots of dolphins and manatees from the dock! The house was beautiful and the beds were comfy. We would love to come back!!
