The space
When you walk into this top floor Condo you'll be on a landing perfect for all of your gear.

Walk up the stairs to a kids wonderland! This loft area features the best view in the house overlooking Wichita Mountain. There is a bunk bed, Queen bottom/Twin XL. Chairs to spread out, aTV, bathroom and a desk. To ensure guest privacy there are 3 beautiful barn doors that slide closed.

Walk down the stairs and pass the Master Ensuite with King bed, full bathroom and 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed. Both rooms also have TV (the queen bedroom is streaming services only). The guest bathroom is also in the hallway right next door to the bedroom.

The mail floor opens up to a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen including BOSCH cooktop and range, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. You don't have to miss a thing while preparing your gourmet meal in this space. The living room features a gas fireplace, TV, leather sofa and chairs. There are stools at the counter and a designated table for eating.

Last but definitely not least the private balcony with a grill. Here you will enjoy your morning coffee, maybe a beer from one of the many local breweries in the afternoon, look at Lake Dillon one direction and Buffalo Mountain the other. You will see wildlife, including Moose!

The hot tub is shared and managed by the HOA. It sits on a lovely deck overlooking the great outdoors. It's a short 2 minute walk from the unit.

You can walk out the front door to many hiking trails and also the shuttle. The shuttle will take you to downtown Silverthorne. From there, you can walk to the many new restaurants or breweries that are opening up! There is one designated, covered parking spot and additional first come first serve guest parking spots.
