Daisy, our host was very helpful and accommodating. She was always quick to communicate and provided good tips for the area. The home is very beautiful and FULLY stocked! Most rentals we have been to give you the basics, and we usually have to provide our own extra trash bags, bath towels, paper towels, etc. Daisy’s home has everything you need and more! We enjoyed the big hot tub, the game room and the beautiful grounds. The welcome basket of snacks, a note and fresh flowers were so sweet! We were worried that the 3 rooms on the lower level would be too cold but they each had their own wall heaters and got very warm! The beds and linens were so comfortable, and we appreciate lots of extra pillows and blankets. We appreciate that check out is at noon, giving us time to sleep in a little and pack up without rushing. Daisy actually reached out to us that morning to tell us to take our time checking out, which was so thoughtful and kind. We will definitely plan to return! One of our best rental experiences ever. Thank you, Daisy!
Our five-day stay at this cabin was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views that somehow looked even better in person than in the photos. The cabin itself is spacious, immaculately kept, and truly luxurious while still feeling warm and inviting. The game room was an absolute hit for everyone. Kids, teens, and adults all found something to enjoy, which made gathering together effortless and fun. It created memories we’ll be talking about for years.Every detail of the property exceeded our expectations, but the extra Christmas décor was an especially thoughtful and heartwarming touch. It made the entire experience feel festive, cozy, and incredibly special for our family. This cabin wasn’t just a place to stay, it felt like a place to belong. We genuinely hope to return to this exact cabin year after year and turn it into a cherished family tradition. We are so grateful for the care and attention put into this beautiful space and cannot recommend it highly enough.
This home and property are pure perfection. The home is huge, the property is expansive, and the host is amazing. We had a fantastic trip!!! We saw a fox, and a bear! Right on the property! The house is spotlessly clean. Everything worked and was in immaculate condition. Our son-in-law said it was the nicest house he had ever stayed in! Just a couple minutes drive to the river and the lake, it is an awesome location for a great vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and property are amazing. The constant sound of Conner creek in the background was extremely tranquil. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for being amazing guests! We would be more than happy to have you stay again! You went above and beyond to clean up and take great care of our place. Thank you so much!
We had a great stay. The home is one of the best equipped we have encountered on VRBO. The setting is idyllic, and the home is very comfortable. We had a great time reconnecting with long-time friends. We hope to rent this home again very soon.
Comfortable house in a beautiful spot. Large central room for group hangouts. A well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable hot tub. Rushing creek provided a calming soundtrack. Comfortable rooms. We’d love to come back!

Amazing guests! Great communication before and throughout their stay. Respectful of our house and rules. Truly awesome guests they left it like they found it, just lived in for a week but still very clean! We are so grateful for such wonderful guests! Oh and a big thank you for writing in our guest book! Thank you! Welcome back anytime!
Perfect property for a peaceful family get-away. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The host thought of everything, including special touches like fresh flowers and a snack basket that you don't usually find in a VRBO. Great location. We even enjoyed the 2 hour drive to the Redwood forest. Nearby town of Weaverville was cute with some interesting shops. I would come here again!
All i can say is WOW! What a beautiful home! My son was the first to enter and his comment was, oh (explicative)! We explored every room and it was just incredible. Outhouse in the house!!!! We had an amazing stay. The creek was a huge hit, the children could not get enough of it. The house is just so comfortable! Our host , Daisy has set this place up so amazing. We played more of her games than ones we brought. I will never forget how much fun and how comfortable we felt. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us! We will be back. The amenities you afforded us were incredible. We made memories here! Thank you again Daisy for a 10 out of 10 experience! Sincerely, Charles
Hello, my name is Daisy. Born and raised in Trinity County. Proud wife of my Army Veteran husband of 25 years. We have two wonderful kids, Logan 24 and Lili 19. I am so grateful to have this opportunity to host and manage this vacation retreat. The owner of the home is a dear friend named Paul who lives in Malibu. His best friends of over 50 years live right next door. He bought this home next to them and because the creek sounded so beautiful. Plus he wanted a place to stay when he was in the area hiking. I not only get to manage this amazing property but I also do the cleaning as well. Please be respectful and careful as you are guests in his home. Anything you need just call or text. Thank you!
