We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Hannah was an amazing host, kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Her communication was excellent, and her thoughtfulness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Hannah!

I thought that communication between renter and client had to be via the Vrbo app. I was not aware that there would be a direct email from Evolve to me regarding keycode, etc. So that needs to be made clear.House itself is well designed with a great kitchen and great room / living room. My wife and I loved it. And the best was that you allowed us to keep 3 dogs. We had a soft crates for each of them and we cleaned up well. This feature was very much appreciated.Thank you.

East Weaver charm

Overall this location is a quiet and charming house. The creek nearby and could be heard from the deck and the opened windows. The outdoor space was relaxing as well as the indoor large great room/kitchen. Great gathering space. The beds were comfortable and the interior decor was updated and well appointed.

Peace and quiet

Celebrating our 43rd anniversary, we sought a special destination. We discovered an idyllic, tranquil location, enhanced by a gently flowing stream, conveniently situated just eight minutes from the town center. We plan to return.

Awesome location to relax and nature watch

We had a couple of minor inconveniences upon arrival but the host was very quick to respond and resolve (door lock). A++ service. The property is fantastic and we were so happy to find a pet friendly limo stink as our pup loved it!

Lovely home in a quiet location. Tastefully decorated including some original art pieces. I would rent this again just to use the one-of-a-kind sinks in the primary bathroom. Really!!! They are that amazing. The beds were comfy and the linens were top quality. It is obvious that this is more than just a rental property for the hosts and I am grateful for the opportunity to have stayed there.

We’d love to welcome you back again soon!

Our stay 3 day dtay was significantly impacted by a lack of communication and timely resolution of ongoing issues. We checked in on Sunday but did not receive any meaningful acknowledgment of the problems until the day before we checked out. We were later informed that the owner had been made aware in advance of a scheduled power outage and internet issues and had reportedly been advised to block out that weekend, yet none of this was disclosed to us before arrival. After checkout, it took multiple follow-ups over three days to receive any response regarding compensation. We were also offered the opportunity to speak directly with the advisor handling our case, but that conversation never occurred. Ultimately, Evolve issued an 88.50 refund for the experience. While the property itself may be enjoyable when utilities are functioning normally, prospective guests should be aware that our experience was negatively affected both by the scheduled power outages and by the way the situation was handled afterward. Based on our experience, customer support was slow to respond, communication was limited, and meaningful assistance was not provided until after repeated follow-ups.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We are sorry for the utility disruptions and communication challenges you encountered. While the internet outage was an unexpected network-wide event, we've since installed Starlink to ensure a more reliable connection for future guests. We take great pride in our responsiveness and regret that you felt your concerns weren't acknowledged promptly during your stay. From our team here at Evolve, we take full responsibility for the delays in communication regarding your resolution and the missed opportunity to connect by phone. We're working internally to improve our response times and ensure a more seamless experience moving forward. We appreciate your candid feedback as we continue to maintain our home for future travelers.

Our glamping getaway.

We enjoyed our stay and it totally met our needs. We did have two concerns. The main concern was the beds. Technically, one of them is not even a mattress but a mattress topper and the bed in the main suite is very old. I would encourage the owner to find a decent bed in a box and replace both mattresses. The other ongoing issue according to other reviews is, there continues to be no wifi at the residence. If they are unable to provide wifi they just need to update their listing so people are prepared. The property manager was great! We blew a breaker and she came right out to the property and reset it for us. Thanks so much for our enjoyable stay!

Nice Hom

The house was lovely and for the most part we enjoyed our 1st stay in Weaverville. We came for a Celebration of Life of an old family friend in Lewiston and so the location was perfect. Check-in and out was keyless and so it was very easy to let ourselves in and out. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner’s mother who had been helping prepare the rental for our stay; very nice lady. We had a few issues with the internet and TV, but we had our own devices, and made do. The only real issue we had was with a neighbor who complained about us, speeding down the road and almost hitting her livestock and having a party, which was completely false. We are in our late 50’s and 60’s so having a ranging party or speeding down the road in our minivan is not likely. Unfortunately, this neighbor really made the trip end on a low note. Oh well, what are you going to do? I guess she accomplished what she set out to do. Overall, the stay was good.

very disappointing

On arrival the code for the door did not work the host was not available by phone. The house was cold upon entering and it took hours to heat up. 2 of the remotes for the mini splits had dead batteries and did not work. The (bed) in the guest room was a box spring with a mattress topper on it. The bed in the master was old and had a large sunken spot in the middle making it very uncomfortable. There was dog poop in the yard around the fruit trees. Overall we did not have a good stay.

Peaceful retreat

The house was exactly as advertised. I would like to emphasize how quiet the neighborhood is - only a babbling brook for background noise. The neighbors were friendly and super nice. We definitely would recommend this place if you want to unwind from a hectic life.
