K5 corner townhome next to lake, tidy and ready for your vacation!
This townhome is an end unit with an easy walk over to the pool, tennis courts, playground or lake. Very neat and tidy, nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Outdoor space is great for dining out or evening cocktails.The complex offers two pools, fitness room, playground, clubhouse, and is a very easy 1/2 mile walk to the village, pier, lighthouse area of the beach. The island has great restaurants, golf cart and bicycle rentals and a large grocery store within 1 mile. We are about 15 minutes to the mainland and about 20 to Jekyll Island. Savannah airport is about 80 miles away and Jacksovilles is about 70.
