Fall asleep to views and sounds of the river with the perfect swimming hole right behind the house. Enjoy the owners' chairlift, or a private ski shuttle to the slopes. Walk/snowshoe the path behind the house along the river!

We love this neighborhood for its river and mountain proximity! We love the quiet neighborhood walks for our kids, yet the 2 minute ride to ski in the winter!
What makes this property unique
The house sits right on the pemi river, so the white noise of the river lulls you to sleep! You are also walking distance to the owners lift for skiing, and a quick walk into downtown for dinner or drinks!
