Cottage by the River - Sunday Suite

Circa 1924 - this little river house sits on the banks the Guadalupe River in downtown Kerrville. You get the best of both worlds. Nature and convenience! This is one of three suites in the property. The Sunday Suite has the best view with a private screened in porch.
*These suites share walls, however you cannot access one from within the other
*Old house quirks - floors are not level in some areas of the house and there are small step ups from room to room. Just the way it was built!
*This suite has a large private screened in porch. All other outdoor spaces and amenities are shared with guest renting other suites.
