Private cozy cabin on 2 acres of land in North Newport on a dead-end dirt road. It is perfect for four quest. Enjoy listening to the birds and wild turkeys crossing in the field, prancing deer, brooks flowing into the Sugar River, 9 mile rail trail crossing covered bridges using a ATV, bike, hike, snowmobile, cross country ski, snowshoeing and dogsledding. Watch for the wildlife as it is abundant. Downtown Newport is a five minute drive and Mtn Sunapee and lake, beach with playground, and boat ramp, is a 12 minute drive. Along the way to the Mtn is a Sanctuary Farm, live animals, outdoor activities for children, and the ice cream stand.
