This home is a wonderful place to stay. It is comfortable, clean, and roomy. It is located in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen is amazing and is equipped with nearly every tool you could desire. The host was prompt and friendly. Would stay there again.

House was beautiful and clean. Excellent kitchen and just an overall nice houseThe only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working properly. Just a suggestion let the guest control the hot tub. If it’s a matter of cost I personally would pay per day for the heating.

Beautiful house, clean and well equipped with everything you pretty much need! We had a little bit of a problem with heating the pool and spa but property manager was very attentive with the situation and easy to get in touch with! I highly recommend and will be staying again

Great house and great neighborhood

We spent 4 nights here and had everything we needed! Easy to get in touch with the owner and she helped us with pool not being heated and even refunded us since we couldn’t get it heated until last day. Great location and close to everything. Hope to come back!!Karyn

Barbara is very communicative and available when you need her. Her home is wonderful. Big beds and lots of space. The pool is awesome and I loved the water features! It was exactly what I was looking for trying to take a break from regular life.

Family Get-Together

My husband and I rented this property with my two sisters and their husbands for a small family get-together with our parents who live close by. The property was very spacious, and we got to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor living areas. Should the need arise to rent another place in Peoria, AZ we would definitely check availability with this property.

Beautiful, quiet location. Close to many restaurants and stores. House was perfect for us. Large enough for 6 adults even though it was just 2 of us. Owner thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with owner was excellent. We couldn't figure out the pool heater at first but owner helped us and then the temp was perfect. Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Can't say enough good things about this property! Totally recommend!
