No Smoking, Illegal Drugs or Weapons: Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine for cleaning fee. No weapons allowed.
Guests are responsible for safe use of pool and hot tub. No running, jumping or diving. Do not touch pool equipment, pee/vomit in hot tub/pool.
