The host was very responsive to some issues we had upon checking in. Maintenance was very friendly and handled everything efficiently. Will stay in this unit again.

The apartment was lovely very clean and comfy beds. Location is excellent 5 mins walk to the pool and beach/ Beautiful beach. Some point to be aware of, you need to go to the office when entering the resort to pick up your parking pass otherwise you cannot enter. Also which was really disappointing they advertised beach gear which was not available this was irritating as we left our at home and had to pay to rent some. Not all that is listed is true check before you book,

Great unit. We love the layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 3. The balcony was nice and liked the view of the lagoon/ pond. We appreciated the beach chairs so we didn’t have to pack those.

Decent stay, could use some improvement

Overall, we had a good stay. We live HH beach and tennis resort. There are a few improvements that could be made to the condo that I shared with the owner/vacasa. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

Good rental for the price.

This place gets the job done. There isn't anything crazy good or bad to say about it. Definitely do not be afraid to rent it. It served our needs and I was pleased with it for what we paid. There are just some small improvements that could be made to take it up a notch. It had everything we needed and as I said was a good value. I would rent it again.

Pros: location easy to find.Security guards and other staff very nice. Clean grounds. Beautiful huge pool #1. Six or seven minute walk to the beach.Home has big shower with good water pressure, king bed very comfy, lots of dishes and cookware.Cons: check in confusing. Pool #2 locked with no explanation. Numerous times we were told a hot tub was on site. After arguing with the management company for 2 days they finally told us there was not a hot tub and apologized for us being "misled".Curtains in living room do not provide privacy from others being able to look in. They lack several inches from meeting in the middle.One electrical outlet in the LR didn't work, the tp holder in the master bath fell off the wall. I dropped an earring off the nightstand and had to move it. Hair and a couple of coins were there from prior guests I suppose.There is no salt, pepper, evoo...nothing. A box of k cups and sweetener would have been nice.To no fault of the owners, there isn't a sound barrier from the folks upstairs. The light over the dining table rattled when the upstairs neighbors walked across their floor.The ad mentions beach items. One chair was broken and unusuable.

Family Vacation

The location of the condo was good. The check in process was confusing because we were told in email and text we didn’t have to stop at the office but once we arrived security said we had to drive back and stop to get our parking passes. The floor of the condo was disgusting. It appeared it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. Also another issue we had was the internet. All 3 TVs wouldn’t work at the same time, so at night not everyone was able to watch TV. The kitchen area was nice and big.

Overall a good stay for our family of 5 with 3 young children. The listing was not entirely accurate as it stated there was "beach gear" for guest use. There was in fact no beach gear to be found so we had to spend another 100 to buy beach chairs that could have been avoided because we could have brought some had the listing been accurate. Also communication with the host wasn't the best. Before our stay I reached out to ask how far the walk to the beach was, I got no response. Again during our stay I asked about the beach gear, I got a response saying they would "check on that", never got any answer on that either. Overall we were pleased with the condo itself and had a good stay.
