The kitchen with granite countertops opens up to a huge dining space and flows perfectly into the large living room. 55th St is a quiet residential area with a family-oriented beach. The kids won't need to cross any busy streets. More importantly, the front door is only 200 yards from the beach making it an easy stroll for mom and dad.
A SHORT WALK TO THE CENTER OF TOWN
The commercial district in the center of town, as well as shops and restaurants in the 60s, are just a short walk or Jitney ride away. Great restaurants, bars and shops are easily accessible from the promenade which runs from 57th St to 29th St.

A massive wall of windows in the 3rd floor great room faces south to capture the magnificent Jersey shore sunsets over the bay.
