It is only 10 minutes from Amazon distribution center and Publix Corporate office. Near restaurants, shopping centers, Streamsong Golf Course, Polk State, Southeastern & FL Southern Colleges

Great place in Lakeland

We stayed at this wonderful house for a wedding. We were very comfortable and location was in a safe neighborhood. Definitely would suggest this home to other friends and family!

Great house for our family visit

We chose this property because it was close to my sister, and were in town to visit family for Christmas. Our host was fantastic -very responsive when we had a question for her. House was nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Golf at Streamsong

If you are looking for an off site property and don’t want to stay in a hotel, this is it. Close to grocery, food and an easy drive to Streamsong. The owner is amazing.

Great communication

The place was perfect for my family. We were in town to watch my son play baseball vs Southeastern University (20 mins away). The room/bed layouts were perfect for us. Master bedroom mattress was comfy. Publix grocery store right around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.
