We have stayed in Indian River for many years but this house was the most comfortable and homely place we have stayed at. We will definitely be booking it again next year.

Perfect stay!

Booked this spot for a guys-only fishing trip for Father's Day weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and issue-free. Bonus points: the driveway was just long enough for our 18' boat and truck to park and not be in the road! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this house for our friend’s wedding. It was the perfect location. The only suggestion we had for the house is adding full length mirror to the rooms. Definitely would book this house again!

Excellent location to Burt Lake

Very clean well maintained place. Only suggestion we have because there is only one bathroom which is a bath/shower unit, would be to install a few safety bars for older people.

Perfect spot in Indian River

Loved everything about this place- especially the location. We are city people and love walking into downtown IR. Had one small issue with gas grill, contacted owner, and owner responded promptly with a quick & easy solution. We look forward to staying here again.
