Top of the line

Newer place. Nice comfortable beds, nice showers, kitchen well equipped. Owners/hosts very attentive and friendly and helpful. Great amenities. We used the guest pool just down the road and the nice gym at Ezell center.

We are Wendy and Bill and we currently live in the Villages and love the lifestyle, so we want to share it! It's hard to describe, you have to live it to appreciate it. Wendy is originally from Calgary, Canada and Bill is from Winston-Salem, NC. We have been in the Villages for 2 years now.

Why they chose this property

Super cute home that is brand new. We are a few mins away from Franklin recreation center with; pool, pitch and putt, 18 hole putting course, pickleball, tennis, bocci, shuffleboard and more! 3 other pools/rec centers within5 mins of property 2 mins away is Sawgrass Marketplace with outdoor live music nightly, restaurants and bars and a great golf shop. A great vibe! Fun for the whole family. We are also only 50 mile from the Disney attractions. This is a much more affordable alternative if you don't mind a little commute!! Pickleball mecca! 240 courts for all levels. We play almost everyday. Easy to learn and Bill will give you a free lesson!
