Brand New Construction - just finished in 2022 this 3 bed/2 bath rental is the perfect place for people wanting to engage in remote work or enjoy their retirement.
Includes use of a Golf Cart for people over the age of 18 with a valid drivers license.

Room & Board Furnishings - quality brand new furniture throughout the property.
Premium Details - 65 inch flat screen TV, Company Store linens, All-Clad cookware, Noritake dishes, Keurig Coffee machine, LG washer and dryer, dedicated pool towels, and Oxo Kitchen Essentials, etc.
Please note, there is an additional $100 per pet, per stay fee for any dogs over 25 pounds. No cats are permitted.
