Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No parties/outdoor music -No smoking inside home -Max of 8 cars (all must be in driveway - no street parking allowed) -Must shower before using spa
-Quiet hours 9PM-8AM -Please return things to where you found them (furniture, TV remotes, kitchen utensils, etc)
-Check-in: 4PM and check-out: 10AM. I can’t alter this as it needs to be thoroughly cleaned -Swimming pool can be heated to 80°F for $50/night
