This luxury villa in Florida's Paradise Coast comes with access to a private club (recent $9 million reno, resort-sized pool, tiki bar, indoor/outdoor bars, full gym, 6 clay tennis courts, etc.). Like staying in a resort but with the privacy of a large private residence. Short walk to the Gulf/beach. All within the Dunes of Naples gated community with 5-star amenities.

Spacious 3-bedroom home, beautifully furnished. 10-foot ceilings, walk-out lanai overlooking a lake. Hi-speed internet, smart home (Google Nest), 5 large-screen TVs, top-quality appliances, full bathrooms, walk-in closets, private 2-car garage. We have our own private elevator for elderly guests.

1 minute walk to the Club/pool, 3-minute drive (12-minute walk) to the beach (Gulf of Mexico). The best of both worlds!

This is our winter home. We are looking for long-term vacation renters (families) who will enjoy the amazing amenities, and treat our house like their own home.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to the Vanderbilt Beach area with our children for 25 years. It is almost always sunny, with beautiful beaches and golf courses and hundreds of high-end restaurants to choose from.

What makes this property unique

Whether you prefer the beach or the pool, this property has the best of both. The private club is only available to property owners and their guests. The Club at the Dunes recently completed a $9 million renovation and is managed by Troon Privé. It has all the amenities you could desire: https://www.dunesofnaples.com/the-club. All within the confines of a gated community. Vanderbilt Beach is just a 3-minute drive (we prefer the short 12-minute walk). Beautiful sand and shallow water for some distance from the shore—great for children. A great spot to watch the sunset each evening. The house itself is tastefully decorated with Tommy Bahama beach house furniture. All top quality appliances - everything that you need. The pictures speak for themselves.
