This newly remodeled three bedroom house comes equipped with AC, mini golf course, espresso maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy pool with shaded lounge area, hot tub and plenty of toys and games for the kiddos. Outside dining area with bbq and fire pit. Workspace/Zoom nook in master bedroom with high-speed Internet. Gift basket on arrival. Walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shops. Near Empire Polo Grounds in Coachella, the Living Desert Zoo, Palm Springs aerial tramway and lots of other wonderful destinations. Close to magnificent biking/hiking trails and several community parks with great playgrounds for kids.

The Perfect Vacation Home

This home met all our needs, we couldn’t be happier! The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The layout is modern and quite spacious, we hosted families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool and spa area are fantastic, very clean and set up for all ages to enjoy. The putting green, gas fire pit and outside dining were an extra bonus! Walking to Old Town was so convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner really cared about our stay and wanted to make sure we had a great time and we did! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends, we have rented many times in PS and this will be our first choice when we come back.

Perfect La Quinta Getaway

We were four months in our ten month trip camper van tour when we landed at this gem. We were looking forward to staying in a house instead of the van and Alex’s place did not disappoint! We felt like we were at home, but with better weather and a pool and hot tub (which we made good use of). Everything was perfect and the description and photos were very accurate. In the mornings we’d play pickleball at the Fritz Burns courts, which were just a three minute walk away. We had so much fun there and made many friends. The afternoons were generally spent exploring the various cities and neighbourhoods in the Palm Springs area. We cooked most nights, read books, watched Netflix on the large TVs, and hung out in the hot tub. Don’t miss the Palm Springs Museum of Art on Thursdays (free admission!) or the the La Quinta Old Town Farmers Market on Sunday mornings (a five minute walk away).Alex was an amazing host, answering any questions we had promptly besides being just a genuinely friendly person. Dwight, the property manager, was always available when we needed him. If we are down in the La Quinta area again, there is no doubt that we would stay here again. You should, too!

We fell in love with La Quinta Cove during a visit in 2020 and were fortunate enough to purchase this home in 2023. We named it Casa De Betty in honor of Rich’s mom who had a deep affinity for desert landscapes.

What makes this property unique

Our home is in a wonderfully unique community that has so many great things to enjoy! We have made a lot of upgrades to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible.
