Gorgeous lake and waterfall views from this elegant three-bedroom, two-bath, single-story end-unit condo, right across from the 11th-hole at the Arnold Palmer Private course, in the gated community of PGA West.

Enjoy the expanse of vaulted ceilings in the Living Room, Master and 2nd bedrooms – there is no unit above! Relax by the cozy stone fireplace in the Living Room with a drink from the wet bar, while taking in views of the lake from the comfy sofa. New stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new cabinets and slab granite counter-tops throughout. Spacious patio off the Living Room and Kitchen/Nook, with BBQ and expansive lawn that slopes to the fish-stocked lake. Private courtyard off the Master Bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet drink before bed. Steps away from two of the most beautiful pools and Jacuzzis in the development – one on the lake, and one overlooking the golf course and mountains! Two-car, direct-access garage makes it easy and convenient to come and go to all the wonderful amenities around La Quinta, including golf, tennis, La Quinta Resort, Old Town, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and much more.

Master Bedroom has California King bed, 40-inch flat screen TV, his-and-her closets and double-sinks in the en suite bath. Second bedroom has Queen bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to the 2nd bath, which may be closed off for privacy. Third bedroom has a leather sofa that pulls into a Queen bed, a 48-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. There is another 48-inch flat screen TV in the Living Room. Ceiling fans in Living Room and all three bedrooms. Separate Laundry Room with washer and dryer.

Wonderful stay in PGA West

Home is in the perfect spot for morning coffees on the patio and ideal for the afternoons at the pool! Home is well stocked and clean. Homeowner was a great host and very easy to connect to and communicate with. Great neighborhood and friendly people! Hope to be back someday soon!

Well maintained condo with a nice view of the lake

We enjoyed staying at this location. The condo was close to two pools and has a nice view of the lake. This is a single story condo with no one above or below you which is a plus. The home is well maintained and everything we needed. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to questions. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home on the lake!

This home and setting are perfect for our multigenerational family. We especially loved the lake right outside the back patio where our grandson could fish. The kitchen was awesome and spacious enough for 2 cooks and with every amenity. The house is quite large with tall ceilings which gives it an open feeling. We will definitely be back!

This condo exceeded expectations. The decor was lovely, the kitchen well-appointed, and the beds comfortable. My favorite aspect of this condo was the table overlooking the water. It was how we started each morning, so serene! I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities, but our days and evenings were packed. Next time, we will add in some days to have down time. We'll be back!

We stayed in this home for two months in Jan and Feb of 2017. The photos are very reflective of the home. It is clean with newer furnishings. The view from the patio, kitchen and living room are of the "duck" pond which is a very nice way to start your day. Walking in the morning in a PGA community is a treat as you pass several of the golf holes on your walk and if you wish to venture a little further you can stop for coffee or breakfast on the patio of the public PGA West club house. Golfed the public Norman and Nicklaus PGA courses (very nice) and many of the other courses in the area. Special thanks to Pete for being a responsive and accommodating VRBO owner. C&O Edmonton

Comfortable for 4 adults, not 6 adults

This was a nice comfortable condo in a pretty setting. The owner was very responsive which was appreciated. It has 2 regular bedrooms which were very comfortable for 4 adults. The 3rd room has a pullout type bed which was not comfortable for adults, but would be fine for children. We had some nice dinners at the condo, the kitchen is mostly stocked, but would be nice to add a salad bowl or larger bowls. The outside grill was very dirty, but with some elbow grease we were able to use it. The living room was decorated nicely and cozy for 4 adults. We pulled in 2 dining room chairs to accommodate the other 2 adults, although that isn't as comfy. We would stay here again when we have only 4 people.

The talk of the town

I rented this place for my parents and their friends and they haven’t stopped talking about this place since then! I feel safe to say that this place will be booked my them and their friends and their friends for the next few months! This place is located right in front of the lake and makes the property feel so serene and that first sip of coffee in the morning feel like heaven in your mouth. The property also doesn’t have upstairs neighbors so it gives it a single family home kind of feel. The inside was fully equipped and so clean not a single thing was off with this beautiful home. The property is also located in a huge, beautiful and clean community with many pools to choose from. Can’t wait to visit this place myself! Thank you for making my parents so happy and relaxed I appreciate that a lot! And also Pete was so easy to communicate with and was helpful from the moment we booked the home. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week in March. We enjoyed the location in PGA West and we could choose between two conveniently located pools/spas. The owner was responsive to our needs and there were excellent detailed information about the property provided before we arrived. This is a property that we would like to return to in the future.

Better than expected

My daughter and I were in town for Dearest Trip. We had a difficult time finding a place and as the days went on, the prices went up. We thought we "settled" when we booked this townhouse. We're we wrong! The price was reasonable (compared to other places) and the home is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised. The place was perfect!

It is so great to arrive at a place and have "no surprises". Everything was working, well maintained and as described. Any surprises were "positive" ones. I brought my own blender for Smoothies but there was one there already. There are so many kitchen utensils. It is a shame we ate out so much. Great Happy Hour meals abound. The view of the water and waterfalls is really difficult to beat. The bighorn sheep wandering the neighborhood was a lifetime memory. We watched a big male lay down on the 18th tee box of the Palmer Course and golfers walked around him. Six other sheep were laying beside the tee box. Awesome.

Dorell Villa - A place where winter never comes!

So fortunate to have come across the listing for Dorell Villa located inside the Palmer at PGA West. With the much anticipated visit of my father to the Coachella Valley, everything had to be perfect and it was. The recently remodeled unit was impeccably appointed and positioned in a prime location that made for a most enjoyable stay. Mr. Dobson went out of his way to ensure that my family's visit would be one to remember. When planning your vacation, look no further. My sincere thanks.

You Home Away From Home

I have rented several vacation places (about 15) so far and this is one of the nicest by far. Right from the onset the owner set very positive tone by responding quickly to my request and follow up questions. He really cares about everything being just right for you. When we arrived it was like we had never left home. Everything you could possible want or need they have supplied. This is a first class unit and owner. The setting is beautiful on the lake at PGA West and being an end unit plus no unit on top it was very quiet. The area is gated and lends itself for long walks through the complex. There we pools and hots very close to the unit as well. The area is very quiet and there is a nearby grocery store and restaurants. When we get the chance to return to the area this will number one on my list of places to stay. I would also recommend this to my friends or anyone looking for a very nice clean place to stay.
