About this property

Waterfront Beach House Gem with Bay Views Steps to Pipes Cove!

Our Greenport beach house is steps from Pipes Cove Beach with beach access, water views from the house, a big yard, and a short drive or bike ride into Greenport Village.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home between Southold and Greenport Village rests on a third of an acre. It has been in our family since it was built in 1960. Pipes Cove offers an expansive beach, a small bridge, panoramic views of Shelter Island, and beautiful sailboats, and is an excellent location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Drosso's Motel which offers mini golf, ice cream, and food is located just a short walk or bike ride away at the top of our street. Greenport Village is about two miles away and offers extensive options for dining, shopping, beaches, and more.

Our yard features a small basketball court in the backyard for kids to shoot hoops, a picnic table, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a grill, and some beach gear. If you have a boat or are interested in renting one, we also have a mooring in Pipes Cove you can rent from us but please message me about that.

Our home is a simple and cozy beach cottage perfect for family time, BBQs, beach days, and creating memories with friends and family.
