Summary:

Three-bedroom ranch on a landscaped lot in East Marion, directly bordering Lavender by the Bay on Long Island’s North Fork. Vaulted wood-plank ceilings, brick wood-burning fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. Covered front porch, rear deck with outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, and enclosed outdoor shower. Walk to private Gardiners Bay Association beach. Seasonal bloom views from the backyard. Managed by Luxury Beach Getaway, serving the Hamptons and North Fork since 2008.



The Space:

Three-bedroom ranch with two bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and private Association beach access on Gardiners Bay. Directly borders Lavender by the Bay with seasonal bloom views. Short drive to Greenport Village and North Fork wineries.



The living room has vaulted wood-plank ceilings, a brick wood-burning fireplace, and large windows on three sides. The open layout connects to the dining area and kitchen.



The eat-in kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating at the dining table for six. A stackable washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck.



The primary bedroom has a queen bed, skylights, and direct access to a full bathroom with stone tile, tub/shower combination, and pebble-stone accents. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wood-paneled walls, and hardwood floors. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a separate twin bed. A second full bathroom has dual vanities, beadboard wainscoting, and a walk-in shower.



Outside, the covered front porch has seating for five. The rear deck has a dining table with umbrella seating. The yard includes a gas grill, fire pit with Adirondack seating, and hammocks. An enclosed outdoor shower is accessible from the side of the house. The backyard borders Lavender by the Bay, with open field views during bloom season.



Guests have access to the private Gardiners Bay Estates Association beach, a short walk from the property. Central AC. Approximately 1,200 sq ft. Single level with no interior stairs.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended. The property is residential with limited public transit. Greenport Village, North Fork vineyards, and farm stands are within a short drive. The Greenport LIRR station is 3 miles west. Hampton Jitney stops in East Marion. The Cross Sound Ferry to New London, CT departs from Orient Point, 6 miles east.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Field Retreat! The house had everything we needed, had wonderful outdoor space, and the access to the association beach was fantastic. Would definitely stay at the house again!

The house and grounds were perfect! We instantly felt at home and enjoyed our weekend there very much! You can walk to the beach, lavender fields, and the town and wineries are just a short ride. We look forward to returning to this delightful property and highly recommend!

Lovely Place to Stay on Long Island

Great location near a wonderful Lavender Farm that backs up to property. Wineries, beaches, yummy restaurants are all very close. The house was comfortable and clean. It was well equipped (kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms).

Perfect space for a family

The kitchen & bathroom are perfect! The rest of the house are amazing as well but as a cook - the kitchen is heavenly. The communication is flawless as well - thank you for understanding the needs of a special needs family.
