Due to severe allergies, we are unable to host pets in this unit.
Free, designated, on-site parking for 1 car driveway and additional parking on either side of the building within a few steps. Maximum of 3 cars. (Oversized parking for RVs and boats available with notice!)

Fabulous villa in super location

Really brilliant clean, comfortable well equipped villa in super location for accessing all theme parks with friendly very helpful property manager. Easy check in and out. Easter break very busy traffic but location super easy to get to parks. Close to Walmart for groceries. Resort lovely, well maintained & secure. Good clean facilities on site. Villa equipped with everything we needed (fell in love with fridge with ice dispenser!) decor really nice & beds super comfy (much needed after exhausting busy days). Pool warm & lovely. All linen & towels provided. Washing machine & dryer really useful during our 3 week stay. Lots of space in the villa for us, family of 4. Boys loved Star wars themed bunk bed room & were happy to share so we had bedroom on ground floor spare. Villa close to restaurants, shops & theme parks - everything we needed & we felt very safe & happy there. Overall excellent, could not fault it & we hope to return one day!

A perfect home from home on the best Orlando community

Don't look any further this home from home property gives you everything you need for a perfect holiday home, there are touches of thought given all over the home to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, I especially appreciated the cosy throws to chill out on the sofa in an evening, the star wars room was a big hit and each having their own bathroom was amazing. Thanks again for your hospitality we will be back. Thanks again The Cole family.. 10/10 5 Star property

Clean, spacious ( for 4 of us) lovely pool, close to local shops in a quiet residential area.

Lovely, secure, clean and well appointed house, good WiFi and tv, great pool area. Close to Champions Gate for shopping and eating. Owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. Clear instructions provided about how everything worked including little notes around the house and contact details for emergencies (which luckily we didn’t need) Close to Disney but traffic on I4 meant it’s a good 40 mins to Universal. We would certainly recommend this property.
