Fit our needs wonderfully. Loved the Disney decorations. So nice having our own heated pool after a park day. It is so convenient after walking all day at the parks to park right outside your front door. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was spectacular. Excellent communication, the townhouse was spotless, the pool was warm, kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans, keurig, coffee maker, and more. The resort is very beautiful , quite and clean.Close to Magic Kingdom and everyone's favorite place Walmart. Will definitely stay again.

We really loved staying here. This is our second time visiting Windsor hills. My kids love all the activities at the clubhouse that they can do such as making bracelets, glitter tattoos, etc. There was plenty of room for my family! The only thing we didnt really like is the pool isn't very private. There is a wall separating them but its still open above the wall. You can hear the people next door out in there pool which got to be loud at night sometimes. We weren't angry though people are on vacation. The host was very responsive with every concern we had. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location- very close to the community pool, and a short drive from Disney. Home was a little older but very clean and looked just as it did in the pictures. The host was fantastic to deal with. Excellent communication and responsiveness. We had an issue with the fridge on our first day, and the host responded immediately and sent someone there to fix it that day. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

The host was very quick to respond to all messages and needs (minor). The washing machine and dryer were so convenient. The distance to the pool was so short! The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The onsite pool was nice. No complaints and would book again!

House was very clean each had our own room and our own bathroom check in was easy and host responded quick when we needed them. For the price I was expecting something simple but it was far from that. We had access to a bigger pool and a waterpark and gym and arcade. They also had a place to order adult drinks so not only were the kids enjoying them selves but so were we. We definitely will be coming back for another stay. 10/10 one of our best places we stayed

The resort at Windsor Hills is wonderful! This property was very close walking distance to the resort amenities, yet still quiet and private. The private pool was small, but nice to have for a quiet evening swim. There isn't a lot of deck space around, but still a few chairs to sit. The kitchen was well-stocked and we liked how each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We did experience a few issues (broken pool pump, unauthorized parking), but the hosts were always responsive and apologetic for any issues. I felt like it could have been cleaner, and some repairs or updates need to be done, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator. As soon as you mentioned the freezer wasn’t cooling properly, we sent a technician right away. The issue turned out to be a faulty timer, which has now been replaced, and the refrigerator is working perfectly again. I also want to apologize for the pool pump issue. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced, and I’m very sorry that it affected your use of the pool that day. I completely understand how important that is, and I’m glad to say everything has now been fixed. Regarding the cleanliness, I truly appreciate your feedback. I personally inspected the home and everything appeared in good condition, so I’m a bit surprised, but I absolutely value your comments. I will make sure to review everything carefully with my team and pay closer attention to details to ensure an even better experience for future guests. I also like to kindly remind guests that I always send a message the day before arrival asking that if anything at all needs attention, especially cleanliness, to please let me know immediately.
