We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in TN at Modern Mountain! The kids loved how spacious the house was with plenty of porches and room to play! They loved the pool & hot tub! We will definitely be returning!

We had such a great stay! The bedrooms, the pool, the hot tub, the kitchen, the play areas, the living room and the views! This place was so much fun and we had such a great time. You will not go wrong with this place. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

This property was exactly as pictured. It was tastefully decorated, clean, and easy to access. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, porch swing, and multiple balconies. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had! Will definitely be back

Gorgeous and relaxing!

This is a gorgeous property that’s well appointed and super comfortable! The hosts are very responsive and the views are amazing! It’s Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg to rest and relax but close enough to shop or enjoy the activities if that’s your jam. Book now!!

Amazing!

House was just as described - we had amazing time! Kids loved the pool! Saw a bear across the street. Very responsive to any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back!

Views that truly rejuvenate

I want to atart with the AMAZING view this property offers. With plenty of patios to assure a gorgeous view no matter your location in the house. Waking up every morning felt refreshing. This hosue is truly the epitome of vacation. All the amenities worked wonderfully and added to the stay. Plus the owners were kind, considerate and very clear and concise.

Amazing simply amazing

We had a great time! Perfect stay! Wouldn’t change a thing! By far our best booking EVER! Host were super friendly and available for all our little questions. We will be booking this home again in the near future! Beautiful! Clean! Private! Secure! Everything we wanted and more!

Beautiful spacious Mountain Home

Our family spent Christmas here and absolutely loved it! There was a beautiful Christmas tree up in the living room, so that was a nice personal touch. Lots of space to hang out inside of the house and outside on the decks. Beds were very comfortable and we were happy to have a lot of bathrooms. We had planned on cooking every meal there for our large family so it was nice to have a big kitchen. It would have been nice to have some bigger cooking pots/pans only because we had a lot of people we were cooking for but we made the ones provided work. Overall this was definitely the perfect stay!
