It has 1,750 sq ft of living space, including 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sleeping Loft (with Twin Trundle bed) plus over 700 sq ft of covered side porch and open deck to enjoy the beautiful mountain views!

Our home is located in the Lazy Acres subdivision which is only 9 miles via Targhee Pass highway to West Yellowstone and the West Gate to Yellowstone National Park. West Yellowstone has grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, bars, service stations, theaters, fitness centers, laundries, firewood, etc for our guests` convenience.
Limited public transportation is available so a vehicle is needed - preferably a front wheel or four wheel drive if renting during the winter season.
Our home is in full-compliance with local fire, health (including Covid-19 cleaning guidelines) and taxing requirements - including necessary permit
