The complex is brand new, only just completed end of 2022. Pescador is conveniently located near the world-famous Florabama. It is a small, quiet complex right on Old River where you have direct water access for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing right from the brand-new dock. Orange Beach & Perdido Key are known for its sugar-white beaches, and laid-back atmosphere, and with its miles of protected coastline, there are plenty of beaches and natural habitats to enjoy. At Pescador, you will witness the most spectacular sunsets on the Key, watch Dolphin swim by, and enjoy all the spectacles of this lovely coastal community. You can also easily reach the beach to sunbathe on the
soft white sand, swim in the emerald water, or bring/rent a boat and explore all the intercostal has to offer. With only 12 total units, this is truly a hidden gem.
