Brand New for Summer 2023! Simply Zen is a luxurious, oceanside and private 1-bedroom (king bed), 1 full bath condo with a fully stocked kitchen in the heart of duck! The condo is attached to our vacation home which is not rented. The condo has a private & separate entrance. Simply Zen also offers for your use only a large and beautiful private pool with hot tub, barbecue, & corn hole toss. There is also an outside shower. You can take a very short walk to the coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, boardwalk, and the most glorious sunsets. And then walk to the beach at the other end of the street to enjoy a beach private to the residents and guests of Marlin Drive. . A relaxing place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and beverages of choice in the evening. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as sheets and bath towels. So, what are you waiting for, pack your clothes and book your vacation with Simply Zen! New and beautiful memories are waiting for you! Adults only, no children or pets.

The condo is in a great location that is walking distance to a lot of fun shops and restaurants. The beach access is easy to get to as well. We loved the private pool and hot tub! Dan was very responsive and made check in and check out very simple. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Duck! The location truly couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk to both the beach and the Duck Boardwalk, making it incredibly easy to explore the local shops and restaurants.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We loved being able to take advantage of the fantastic amenities, like the pool and hot tub, after a long day in the sun. Having a fully equipped kitchen, strong WiFi, and great air conditioning made the stay exceptionally comfortable and convenient.Thank you to the hosts for providing such an exceptional and relaxing home base in the Outer Banks. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to return!

If you are looking for a quality home away from home in a quiet neighborhood close to town and beach this is for you. The hosts have supplied their condo with all the essentials and more. The house is supplied with a plentiful amount of bath and beach towels for guests to use. The cleanliness of the propety is superb. It was an amazing stay. My only compliant is that I was not able to stay longer because I only booked 5 days, next time will plan for a longer trip.

This place is really 1/1. Perfect for couples and to get a get away in the books. The location provides you private beach access, a parking spot close by to the location of the home, a Pool and hot tub and your own oasis. Prior to the check in the host checked in with myself giving me a breakdown of what to expect and where to park. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and WILL be there again in the future! You get some wildlife in the morning as well!

Our stay at Simply Zen was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. Dan was great on getting us checked in early. Dan was great host, sent us videos for easy entry and showing us how to operate TV, Fans, Lights. Everything was very easy. Enjoyed Hot Tub! Will stay again if we are in Duck!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish.The condo itself is newly updated and beautifully done. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. We especially loved the backyard space, which was a peaceful and inviting place to relax.The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe, and parking was convenient and hassle-free. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. It is perfectly situated in walking distance to the beach, the sound, and main hub of shops in Duck. The amenities are private and the owners are super helpful and easy to communicate with. We'll gladly stay here again!

What a beautiful, relaxing property! Our stay was so incredible whether we were at the beach at the end of the private street or in the pool in the calming yard. Situated perfectly in Duck with quick access to all. The condo was incredibly clean and well situated for our mother/daughter vacation!

Getaway in Duck

Our stay on the Outer Banks was awesome. The property we stayed at was as advertised, and just perfect. Within walking distance to the beach and close to all downtown has to offer. Will definitely return and would love to stay at Simply Zen again!
