Excellent location with lovely ocean views. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Good community amenities. Very prompt and friendly communication with Cathy, the host. Updated condo with nice decor. Lovely deck for morning coffee and listening to the waves. Only negatives are loud floors in the unit above and black flies if there’s a west wind. We hope to be able to stay in the unit again.

Seaside Duck has it ALL!Starting with the patio seating at the front door to the ocean side deck seating to watch the sunrise or even a rocket launch.Spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. Plenty of room for sleeping, whether in one of the two king beds or bunk beds. There is so much more that you have to see for yourself. No need to bring beach chairs, boogie board, or skim board... they have thought of everything.

Space was clean and well-stocked for guests. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having a container of spare toiletries for those one or two things that may have forgotten to be packed. Only downside is that the building can be a bit loud and it is easy to hear footsteps from neighbors upstairs, but this may be more of an issue with the building construction itself. Cathy was a great and responsive host, and we hope to be back one day!
