The spacious living room is a comforting place with its soft seating and large TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen boasts gleaming granite countertops, updated appliances, and a breakfast bar.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that each of your family members is sure to be content with the nautical decor and soft linens. The basement hangout space offers an additional spot for the kids to watch their weekend morning cartoons. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a Tesla charger.

A true focal point of this classic beach house, be sure to get out into the superb, enclosed yard and splash in your private pool.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


*For guest awareness, there are outdoor security cameras present located at the front and back door.
These cameras are for security and weather monitoring purposes only and are not actively monitored during guest stays. Please note- the lower level bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
