Loved our stay in Rockport. House was clean and well set up. Kinda out of the way, but worth it. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Fooseball table could use some tightening. I didn't have my allen wrenches with me. 5th bedroom doesn't have a door, just a curtain. Not an issue with our people, we just needed a bed after a long day cooking at the Rockport Crawfish Festival. Large driveway and parking are and use of the garage was great. Plenty of room for 5 vehicles! Overall, a great place to stay and will probably look to book again.

We arrived in Rockport early for a wedding. Our host was gracious to let us in a little early so we could pick up other travelers from the airport. Upon walking into the home we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the home. I had to slide the television stand over inthe bedroom, it was so filthy I had to get a paper towel out to wipe down the floor. The black couch in the family room had game pieces and several bugs under it so we swept it up. The other seating, couch and love seat were stained and dirty. My grandson moved the cushions on the love seat and found a vape pen, discarded bandages and trash. My grandchildren wanted to play with the fooseball table but one of the legs was so loose it was ready to fall off. I brought my own tool kit in and repaired the table enough for them to play. My daughter discovered rodents feces in the master bedroom closet and multiple dead flies. My wife called the property owner and he had two cans of bug spray and some paper towels and toilet paper delivered to our door. Later that day we entered the garage and discovered cockroaches. We then found additional cockroaches in the house! I could go on but I think y'all get our frustration with this property. If it wasn't July 4th weekend in Rockport we would have definitely sought out different accommodations. We reported our experience to the property owner and he just apologized for the problems and left it at that.

Great location not too far from the beach. Place was accommodating enough for family or 8. Pool table and foose ball table were great diversions for adults and children. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family looking for a nice roomy place to stay while in Rockport!

Multiple Family Bliss

This house had a great setup for multiple family’s. We were a party of 13 which included 5 adults and 8 kids. (3 family’s) each family had its own sleeping area with bathroom which was really nice. The kitchen and living area was centrally located. Nice setup overall.

Annual Family Gathering

This property was overall very nice. It was a newer home with a very larger kitchen. The gather room by the kitchen was nice. I would recommend that a few more glasses, frying pans and a larger cooking pot be added to the kitchen accessories. We would rent this home again.

Hosts a large group comfortably!

We had a great stay here! There is ample room in the house and it easily accommodated our large family, including 2 small children. It’s an easy drive to get to and around Rockport. Our only complaint is that the floors were fairly dirty. Walking around barefoot resulted in very dirty feet. Despite that, we would definitely rent here again!
