If you love the beach, this will be the place for you to stay picture moonlit nights on the water, beautiful sunrises quaint area of town with a lot of history little hidden gems in the area of Branford and surrounding towns.
This town has a lot to offer
close to New York City, Massachusetts, Rhode Island. All within a couple of hours.
If you love to kayak and or paddleboard’s will have them for you at the house. Just let me know how many you need. Beach is just steps away from your back door.

Beautiful beach cottage in perfect location

The house is as described, warm and inviting. The beds are comfortable as is the living area to gather. The host was wonderful with communication, help and assistance before check in and after we arrived. The location is lovely with outstanding restaurants to walk to for dinner and an incredible beach path at the end of the street for morning coffee and truly gorgeous views of the water. Our stay was perfect!

Peaceful oasis near beaches and restaurants

Our stay at Jane's place over Labor Day weekend was so lovely. We loved the cozy living room, two nice porches, and comfy bed. Jane was very responsive to our request for early check-in and let us know about available beaches and events nearby. Very easy walk to the Owenego, Linden Shores, Little Riggs, and Lenny's. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Jane’s place. The most important things to me when staying away from home are the beds and the ability to relax. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and the home/ area is so peaceful and beautiful. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the water and wonderful restaurants/entertainment. The deck and porch are great too:)

Picture Book Beach Cottage

First time in Connecticut, and this stay was a pleasant surprise. Came for a wedding at the Owenego, we were sooo close to the venue. Communication with Jane was great she even gave us some nice recommendations. The washer/dryer was a plus. Thanks Jane!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful vacation at Jane’s cottage! Jane was a wonderful host. She was accommodating and very responsive to any questions I had. The cottage is beautiful and situated very close to ocean. There are restaurants and beach within walking distance. Relaxing on the patio was very peaceful. We are looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful Branford getaway

Perfect location being just a hop, skip and a jump from the water and just down the road from family we were visiting. Jane was wonderful in letting us check in early after a red eye with kiddos so they could settle in. Great benefit of Lenny’s right down the block (a nostalgic return to Lenny’s from childhood) which has great food and service. The cottage had several options for sitting outside and the grassy area in the back used for some parking for a club, was a perfect place for the kids to throw a ball around. Very cute. Would book again.
