Our historic mansion is the perfect place for quality time with loved ones or thinking big ideas with your team. Built in 1912, this three-story Georgian Revival is a unique and spacious house with all the right updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, yet maintains a memory of life before our computer screens. Located 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Wash Park and 2 minutes from DU and S Colorado amenities. Right next to Observatory Park tennis courts & playground.
