Beautiful cozy beach home with ocean view across from Pleasure Pier, seconds walk to the beach . Kids park across the street with also a dog park also gym what and skate park . Everything is in walking distance. Blvd Seafood in backyard Floats to the right The pleasure pier to the left. Just off of seawall. Awesome views from home of ocean and pleasure pier from all three floors and roof!!!

This location is the best that we feel that you will be able to find. The home is the closes to the Pleasure Pier that can be rented.
What makes this property unique
Its position to seawall and pleasure pier is unmatched. Its spacious rooms provide non cramped atmosphere and great for the day and night life. Home is next to Blvd Seafood and Floats on seawall and they are in its backyard literally.
