Worst experience in years

Check in was delayed hours because the main door wouldn’t open. Property was disgustingly filthy. Maintenance had to send out a crew to remove dog and bird poop from the entire patio. Cabinet doors were missing. Furnishings weee cheap. THERE IS NO COMMUNITY POOL despite the listing. They gave me on day 2 the link to the Galveston parks and recreation pool 4 miles away. There were no grills. I am still waiting for a refund due to the listing being so bad.

Very misleading description of property. No pool within 5 miles. Balcony was gross- huge, but only 3 broken chairs and a broken table. No grill as advertised. Kitchen cabinet doors missing. Light bulbs missing and many lights in bathrooms and showers did not work at all. Very few dishes/ utensils. Dead cockroaches all over when we arrived. They had ant traps all over- even on the don g room table! GROSS!!!! Just not maintained. Outside door difficult to lock/unlock- showed low battery a lot. Overall feeling was just not clean or taken care of.
