Welcome to Santa Fe Oasis, a private pool home nestled closely within sprawling La Quinta Cove mountainsides in a quiet neighborhood. This large corner lot 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental provides the ultimate space and privacy featuring a pool w/optional heating, BBQ, Cable TV, high speed WI-FI, and more amenities. A block away from hiking/biking trails and a five minute drive to Old Town shops and restaurants. Near golf, tennis, polo, music festivals, casinos, and other area attractions.

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect destination for a tranquil stay, family vacation, a romantic weekend getaway, and everything in between! From our manicured landscaping with large, mature palm trees to the meticulously designed interior to our private pool/bbq area backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, this property has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible.

Master bedroom features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and private outdoor patio seating area. Bedroom #3 two single beds converted to a bunk bed and a futon couch. All bedroom have TVs with cable programming.

Bathroom #2 features a shower/tub combo. Living room leads to the backyard and has a flat screen TV with cable programming and surround speaker system. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need to get busy preparing your delicious meal.

Pool can be heated for a fee of $30 per day. No pets of any kind allowed. Propane BBQ, washer & dryer, and rest of home is available for guest use (garage is private and locked).



- Quiet Hours 10pm-7am per city ordinance
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 2.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.
- For long terms stays over one month, unless pre-approved in advance to waive, there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.

Home is secured by VIVINT security. 2 Cameras are located on the property. Security cameras are activated ONLY when an alarm occurs. Tampering with any part of the security system during your stay will not be tolerated. Any costs associated with a break in (if security system is disarmed in any way during you stay) will be the sole responsibility of the renter.

Excellent Desert Home!

The special touches added to this home by the owners make it feel like home away from home. The bed is very comfortable, pool is very clean and the owners are very responsive and willing to work with you!

12/27/18-1/3/19 5 adults Great location, next to beautiful hiking trails. What we did not like about the property- The bedding in the master bedroom was dirty. It clearly had an old blood stain on it, along with something else dried on it. The blanket on that bed also upon arrival, had black marks on it. The 2 comforters in the 2 twin bedroom had dried food and yellow and red stains, and the blankets had what appeared to be dried food on them. Those comforters had no less than 10 holes in them. I washed all the bedding the next day. I alerted the management company and they told me that all bedding is washed between guests. Did I take photos? I didn't, BUT the bedding was not clean, I certainly DID NOT want to spend the first day of my vacation cleaning their bedding for no reason. They left 5 tide pods for laundry, I used them all to clean the bedding. Sheets were ok. They do charge a cleaning fee and I didn’t ask for any compensation. The vent in the master bedroom does not work. We had to use bread ties to rig the shower head in the 2nd bathroom to stay in place, so our daughter could take a shower. They leave you 3 rolls of toilet paper (small rolls) for a week, per bathroom. We had to go and buy more toilet paper. They left us one 1/2 roll of paper towels. Had to buy more. They give you 2 dishwasher pods for a week. I just ran the dishwasher after those 2 washes on sanitize. The drip coffee maker basket doesn't fit properly and that caused a huge mess. So when making coffee I couldn't leave the room. Also, the only way to turn the coffee maker on and off is by unplugging it. Very unsafe. -THE MOST DISTURBING PART OF THIS STAY!!!! There are 2 wireless cameras inside the home in the living room. When we got there the one in the corner was unplugged and pointing at the wall. The other one was plugged IN and facing outside. We unplugged that for our stay. THIS IS NOT OKAY! I do have photo proof of this! There was garbage behind the bedside stand in the master bedroom. The carpet in all the bedrooms were very worn and very stained. No washcloths in the master bathroom. Garbage disposal was not working. They DIDN’T RETURN our full security deposit for a “lost” landline cordless phone that THEY coudn't find, and they cannot prove the people that checked out at 10am the day we arrived didn't lose it. WE CERTAINLY HAVE NO NEED FOR IT! We didn't even know there was a phone in there. We will never use VBRO again! First time, last time

We enjoyed our stay in your home. Great location with access to the many hiking trails and easy access to old town La Quinta. I would suggest attention to detail . We replaced several light bulbs and batteries as well as repaired the pool cover and vacuum. I would also add additional lighting in the living room maybe another lamp or two. It is very dark once the sun goes down.

Beautiful House in La Quinta Cove

Our group of 8 (5 adults, 2 children, and a baby) enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving weekend at the house. The master suite was wonderful - the king-sized bed was super comfortable and my husband loved having a double-bowled sink in the bathroom. Our son and his wife stayed in the queen room and found it to be comfortable as well. Two grandkids (ages 8 and 6) stayed in the double/single room, which was perfect for them. The house is beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is well-stocked, enabling us to easily heat up and enjoy our store-bought Thanksgiving feast. We had to move a number of potentially breakable items out of reach of a very active 1-year old. The owners plan to supply the house with a pack-n-play in 2019, but our son had to bring one for our trip. IMO, the house and pool is fine for children 4 and older, but may not be appropriate for toddlers. The house is located in La Quinta Cove, one block from a trailhead for the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument. Easy and more extensive hikes are easily accessible from the trailhead parking lot. We "hiked" (actually strolled) with the older children to the Bear Creek Oasis, which they enjoyed. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant in Old La Quinta, a charming little village within a 5-minute drive from the house. Our other day trips were further afield, requiring a 30 - 45 minute drive : Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Taquitz Canyon, and Thousand Palms Oasis in the Coachella Valley Nature Preserve (all highly recommended!). The pool can be heated for an additional fee, but with highs in mid 70s and lows in the 50s, the pool was still a bit cool for those brave enough to go in. The kids didn't seem to mind, though. Overall, a very lovely home.

Just The Right Fit

We were in town for our son's wedding at the La Quinta Country Club. Just a 6 minute drive down the road. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with majestic views of the mountains. Close to the grocery stores and Old Town. The house was beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly need to get you started on your stay. The property management team at Blue Coachella were always available and were easy to communicate with about our needs. My wife and I are already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

Well Appointed. Comfortable, and Convenient

This charming home was conveniently located for our extended BNP Parabas weekend. Whether we were at the tournament, hiking the desert trails (1 block away), playing tennis (close to LaQuinta resort or the public courts), or exploring old town La Quinta, this house was well situated. We look forward to a return visit.

Great home and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay. The home was as advertised and La Quinta Cove is a great location to reach anywhere in the desert. The home was well stocked and clean when we arrived. I would recommend this property to anyone desiring to stay in any of the desert cities. Hiking, bicycling, polo and horse jumping activities were all very close. We met many neighbors during our stay and really enjoyed everyone.

Quiet Getaway

Great house in LaQuinta. Close to hiking trails, downtown LaQuinta, and in our case the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. House was well stocked with amenities and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. Enjoyed having dinner by the pool in the evening and taking in the desert!

FIRST CLASS STAY

Our vacation in La Quinta was absolutely first class! The accommodations were nothing less than fabulous! It was equipped with all the amenities you can imagine. The house is decorated beautifully & spotless. Relaxing by the pool was one of my favourite things to do. The location of the house is at the foot of the mountains & panoramic views from he house are stunning! Hiking is just minutes away! I couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We enjoyed it so much, we are now looking to purchase a similar property in La Quinta!

Lovely quiet house in residential La Quinta

Fantastic Getaway!

This home is as advertised and more! Everything was beautifully arranged and well maintained. Janet was easy to get a hold of and answered the questions we had. The whole neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for quiet relaxation. It was also great for walking in the morning sun or after the sun went down. The mountain views seemed to surround us. Fabulous Holiday

Thank you for supplying us with your beautiful qaint home! Our stay was short but memorable. The property is beautifully decorated with local modern flair. Everything and more was supplied..we wanted for nothing! Exceptionally clean, conveniently located to everything. There are so many golf courses in the area that it was hard to choose from, we will have to go back to enjoy a few more. Old Town La Quinta is only a short distance away and definately worth checking it out. We had a fabulous time, thanks again and we will be back :)

Excellent place!

This place was very clean and well looked after! The pool was clean, the furniture is all new, well decorated and the master bedroom is huge! The house has all new appliances including a washer and drier. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and there are lots of hiking trails with in walking distance . We enjoyed our stay and it felt like this was our own home for the week. We will defiantly stay here again , I would rate this house a perfect 10 out of 10.

Great place, great value

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend here. The owner was very helpful and accomadated our arrival on such short notice. The accomodations were awesome! The place is very nice and modern. The pictures of the inside do not give it justice. We mainly relaxed around the pool with our cocktails. However, one small complaint was the pool being a little on the dirty side, like the pool service hadn't been there in awhile. I brought this to the owners attention, which they were very appreciative of. The owners said they had their concerns with the pool cleaning company and were in the process of hiring a new service. (I trust that this has been remediated since our stay). All in all, great place and great value. We are definitely coming back!!!

We both work in the airline industry and in our travels have experienced many different places. We have found the Palm Springs area to be one of our favorites and so have purchased a home there.
We look forward to spending time with our large family in La Quinta. We have 6 children and 6 grandchildren! Disneyland, here we come!
We have designed our vacation home to be as comfortable as our home here in Canada. We hope that you will find it to be as comfortable as well.

We've chosen to purchase a vacation home in the La Quinta area as it is central to golf courses, shopping and dining in the Palm Springs area. It is also close to other main attractions in California. The weather is almost always great. We have been coming here for the last several years and it is one of our favorite places to vacation.
