Just a short walk from the house is the start of the beautiful "Bear Creek" & "Fred Wolf Preserve" trail which offers hiking, biking, walking with gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains. You will also find two parks, tennis courts, pickleball courts & fitness facility within a 5 min walk.

Minutes away from over 100 world-class golf courses including Silver Rock, La Quinta Country Club, and PGA West, these are the courses that also host the "American Express" PGA tournament in January. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens just 10 minutes away.
