These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They're not there for any structural issues, they're just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in (outside 48-hour window)

• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days before check-in
