Sand Dollar unit #4 is part of a stunning 4-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool, dock, and is across the street from the beach!

Watch the Florida sunrise with your cup of coffee, fish from the dock, lay out by the pool or head to our white sand beach to watch the sunset. Our Florida canals are the best way to get a look at our natural wildlife!

Spacious 2 bedrooms each with king beds plus 1 queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. 2 bathrooms, one with shower/tub combo, one with stand-up shower. Fully stocked kitchen, individual patio. Shared washers and dryers available onsite, sleeps 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit is on the upper level, right side.

Walking distance to the beach, a short drive or ride to FMB's Times Square. Activities available to you on FMB: biking, hiking, birding, shelling, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing, dining, and most importantly RELAXING.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
