It is in walking distance to restaurants, parks, tennis, and golf.The pool area features a built-in barbecue, sink, and counter space. In addition, there is plenty of outdoor loungers and seating. Huge decorative boulders surround the built in salt water pool and spa.
A big group getting together? Next door house also available for you to rent along with Agave Estate.
Pool and Spa heating, if desired, 150$ per day, and we set it at 84 F.

We had an AMAZING experience at the Agave Estate!! The hosts were very professional and organized with the itinerary before arriving to the estate. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Agave Estate for a getaway or just to wined down and relax with family and friends.

We have stayed at this place before and again our family very much enjoyed it. The weather was excellent and the closeness to the old village of La Quinta is what draws us back. The new managers were excellent and extremely fast in replying back to our message.

Great Family House

Great property with plenty of space for a large family with children! The yard was great for playing tag and hide and seek. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed walking to old town for farmers market and dinners!

Friend Reunion

12 60 year old women, who were close friends in o ur late teens, got together for a 3 day reunion at this La Quinta estate. It's configuration of king-size beds and plenty of bathrooms, plus the private casita made it the perfect location for us to reconnect. The pool, patio, spacious living area, fire table area, game room, and proximity of the heart of La Quinta gave us plenty of opportunity to just relax and catch up. The estate is very well equipped with every amenity imaginable.

P.S. Family vacation

Agave estate is amazing in all aspects! Perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 kids (7 months, 2 & 5 yr old) Yard space is fantastic the pool is large. Plenty space all over property and the game room was such a fantastic place for all ages. Definitely will return!

Your Private Resort in La Quinta

The house was very spacious, with great amenities and well stocked with everything you could need. The backyard is open and inviting with plenty of space to enjoy. Just bring your food and drink and relax. Note: no music is allowed to be played outdoors, which was a disappointment, but turned out to be survivable. Bring your own putter if you want to work on your short game on the putting green. Walking a block into the village is a great plus with lots of nice restaurants, breweries and shops to enjoy.

Amazing House with Epic Pool and Sprawling Backyard

Recently stayed at the Agave Estate and the property was a home-run. Huge bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and bedding and of course an amazing salt water pool and outdoor kitchen. Lot's of games and entertainment in the garage for the kids and a great space for entertaining. Would book again 100%. Property manager was super helpful and very accommodating. Great location to boot and very close to shopping and restaurants. Cheers!

Stunning and Unique Style

We stayed here with family and friends. I must say: the photos in the listing are superb, but they do not do this place justice. The Spanish style of the house is so unique, and the location is unbeatable. Old Town La Quinta is down the same street, so we walked to a few great spots and a farmers market. The adults were able to enjoy adult time at the fire pit and outdoor areas while our teens used the pool and hot tub. Plus, Jesús and Hector, the hosts were very responsive and attentive to our requests. We have already booked this place again. We can't wait for our next stay!!

Perfect for the family

This home was beautiful and spacious. The yard was well kept and clean. It felt like a home with everything that you may need. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Only downside we went in middle of summer 120° and dining room gets very hot and the casita A/C did not work well. The casita was very hot no matter how low the temp was, had to put a fan in the room. We will stay again but maybe not in the summer. seem like it worked well

La Quinta gem

Had the pleasure of staying with some family at this beautiful spot in La Quinta. The house has a charming Spanish vibe and offers a lot for families looking to get away to relax by the pool. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. Both front and back yard offer a lot to do with putting green, fire pit, pool, and places to play for little ones. There is also a fun game room for eberyone to enjoy with arcade games and ping pong. While so much of the stay was good, there is one thingI think is important to note that is the noise ordinances in the area. No music is allowed outside, this is a bummer if your plans are to enjoy the pool, listen to music, and enjoy time with friends and family. We did have issues with heating the pool and hot tub the first couple days, but the staff was very good and responding and sending in help to assist. Other than some little issue here and there, place is great and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a great spot with loved ones.

Family trip...11 of us, all over 20.

The pool/hot tub area was fantastic. We had a wonderful family vacation. The community of La Quinta is very nice and we enjoyed the Sunday Market. These next statements are just that. The bedroom situation worked well except 3 bedrooms to share one bath. The dining room table a big round table, and we were able to put 9 chairs around with the other 2 people on a bench with a little table from outside. Kitchen was well equated for our large group, but those of us that cooked found the pans in need of an upgrade. They have an extra fridge in the game room which was great for our drinks. The communications with the rental stuff were great. They were quick to respond and very helpful. We thank Diane, Hector, Jesue and Ruben. If we were to choose the Palm Springs area again we would look into this house.

Perfect place!

This home was the perfect place for our family of 12 to spend our Vacation! It is located within a few minutes walking to downtown Old Town La Quinta, restaurants and shops. It is nearby amazing golf courses. The house was large and comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the family room was a great gathering place. They had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals for our large group. While the house itself was great, the highlight was for sure the backyard. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The BBQ area was ideal for cooking, and the Fire Pit area was the perfect spot to our after-diner conversation. Jesus, was a gracious host, and was flexible with our requests. He sent instructional videos for everything we needed and was very responsive for any other questions we had. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Excellent property for families!

We had a great stay at Agave Estate, a beautiful Spanish-style home with amazing character and artwork. The house and yard were clean and well maintained (and smelled so good!). The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views. Very close to Old Town La Quinta (highly recommend YES PLEASE for coffee/breakfast/lunch), playground, golf, Costco, Trader Joe's, Vons, etc. A few issues here and there were handled promptly by the wonderful management team. We had four toddlers with us and were concerned about the noise policy, but we didn't play music outside and everything was fine. There was plenty of room for them to play inside and out, and the gated pool gave us great peace of mind. Some things to note: -- For travelers with littles: BYO kid-proof plates/bowls/cups/utensils -- Two bedrooms have sofa beds, but they're not large enough to comfortably accommodate an adult -- BYO floats for that amazing pool Thank you again for an amazing stay!☀️

Perfect for my family

I found that Agave Estates was a perfect fit for my family of 3 generations. We had 8 adults and 4 boys under the age of 6, so the bedroom and bathroom situation, as well as having the casita was key for our comfort. The house was large enough for all of us to spread out. Fortunately, the weather was in the 90's so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. We pretty much enjoyed all that the house had to offer, from the putting green, the game room, and the pool and spa. The fenced in pool gave us peace of mind, but with kids, we placed a small stick in the gate lock to make sure it stayed closed when we weren't using it. It was also nice to have a real grassy area for the kids to run around. Agave Estates is also conveniently located near Old Town (Enzo's and the Farmer's Market) as well as being close to grocery stores and Costco. The Agave Estates team was very easy to work with. A team member met us upon check in and went over the important items, and they took care of a groundless claim that music was coming from the house. I appreciated their professionalism. The house was well appointed. There was enough kitchenware and 2 types of coffee makers. The bedroom shades are not black out, so it can get bright in the bedrooms, especially the casita. We had a plumbing issue with the toilets toward the end or our stay which I told them about upon check out. They said they would take care of it. I trust they will because Agave Estates is a gem!
