House Serenity is a perfect place to relax. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Gulf access canal. Southern exposure with heated pool. The pool area has both covered & exposed areas with propane BBQ grill. Large, well equipped kitchen with multiple dining areas. Located in the ideal SW Cape Coral, the home is close to popular restaurants, downtown and beaches as well as essentials like a large grocery store. A short drive to the best SWFL has to offer makes it a great location!

Cape Excursion

The house is very clean and in a great location. The pool was nice but there was an issue with the heater which they tried in every way to resolve. Good communication with the property manager at all times. Overall a very nice place to stay with your pups as well.
