Only minutes to the nearest sandy lake and boat launch or spend the day out on one of the many ATV trails that's right out your front door. Tons of space in the yard for ATV trailers! Relax around the campfire at night. Complimentary Kayaks available upon request.

All trash and food must be removed from rental and brought to outside building behind garage at check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No driving or parking anywhere behind house or on the sides. Only in front of garage and one spot in front of house .
No Parties or Events allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours will be enforced 10 p.m-7 a.m., please respect your neighbors at all times!
No smoking indoors or entryways. Large fees will apply.

This property is located in a very quiet area. Makes relaxing very easy and enjoyable. Many recreational things to do during the day and chill by the firepit at night,or go grab a burger at the new restaurant just a minute up the road!
