Enjoy this 3 bedroom / 2 full bath courtyard villa in the Villages! Great location as you can be in Lake Sumter's Market square in approximately 15 minutes by golf cart. A complimentary 2 person golf cart is provided for your use on the course or just making your way around The Villages. The MBR has its own private bath. The 3rd bedroom has two small beds that will accommodate a single sleeper in each bed. This home is equipped with everything you'll need, just reserve and enjoy!

Thanksgiving Stay

The home was nice and conveniently located to our families home. The home was a little outdated and could use some upgrades to the linens and kitchenware. It served our purpose as we spent the days at our families home and just slept there in the evenings. I feel the home needed a warming touchas it seemed a little "cold". All in all, a very clean place for us to stay visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Comfortable and convenient for mobility impaired people

House has an open floor plan and is uncluttered making it comfortable for my husband with a wheelchair and me. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, only a short walk from a street with sidewalks and next to a golf course. All features worked well and the manager was very responsive and helpful. While not a large house, it feels spacious with 3 bedrooms and ample gathering spaces. We would be happy to stay here again.

Hortencia Villas

Hortencia Villas are located a block off St. Charles Place near the intersection with Pennecamp Road. Closest town square is Lake Sumter Landing. The agent middleman, Dave, was very responsive and pleasant. The notebook compiled with maps, list of restaurants, directions for operating the tv, appliances was thorough. Adequately equipped. Very enjoyable week!

Clean and spacious. Nice location

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few little things. I didn't expect the place to be fully stocked but 1 roll of paper towels and 1 extra kitchen garbage bag, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no plastic wrap seems a bit cheap. All of the towels were pretty worn also. The living room couches looked nice but were not comfortable at all. It is a nice house in a nice location but could seriously use some updating.

We strive to make sure our guests are happy. We provide coffee for the morning for those that arrive late and don’t want to have to run out 1st thing in the morning. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, two laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, and a extra toilet paper for each bathroom to get you started. Your visit was for 4 days and it’s the first complaint we’ve received from any of our 12 properties as it relates to what’s provided for the 1st couple of days. I apologize that you weren’t satisfied with the amount of paper products that were provided.
