Amazing location and great house and property

The location was beautiful and just a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. The property was in a private and secure area and the house was great!

A very nice beach house with an almost private beach

The house was nice for our 2 families, best part was the less than 2 minute walk to the beach. We gound a neighborhood a couple miles away with great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We would stay here again next time. Jason (US-AZ)

Two weeks are not enough

We had a wonderful time at the house. Best was the short distance to the most beautiful beach. Perfect for children. The communication with the hosts was perfect. They were very helpful and gave us local insider hints where to go. Very nice Restaurants near by. Best regards Aline Brst

The house looked nice from the pictures and that it was close to the beach. But we did not really get the good experience we wanted. The host was unfortunately very rude and falsely accused us of a bunch of stuff and charged us extra 350 Euro after moving out.•There was no heat in the water in the house, we had to run and by new gaspatron for 25 euro of our own money, on our holiday. Althought its the host responsibility to make sure the house has hot water for his guest.•The shower flooded on day 1 so we gave hime notice and asked him to come and fix the pipe for us.•The handle on one window fell of in my hand when i opened it, he charges us extra 100 euro saying that we broke his window. The house is very old and it was broken as soon as we touched the handle.•We where 7 people, he accuses us of being more than 7 people charging us extra for saying we "smuggled in" more people. We have airplane tickets and motoGP tickets of us 7 people. One of the guys didn’t want to sleep inside since it was too hot so he slept outside on a ourdoors sofa instead. Its not a crime to sleep outside if its to hot inside.•The only thing we did ”wrong” is that we were 45 min late for check in - because of traffic. Nothing we could control and we also let him know 2 hours before arriving that we would be late.

Ein wirklich schönes Anwesen in Hör- und Sichtweise des Meeres. Über eine Busanbindung war Valencia einfach und direkt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner lieben Frau war perfekt und ausgesprochen freundlich und prompt. Das Haus war einwandfrei, lediglich durch die vor unserer Reisezeit starken Regenfälle leider etwas klamm. Eine Heizung wäre da hilfreich gewesen. Trotzdem alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

La struttura è come descritto nell'annuncio. Ho però un paio di considerazioni da fare che sono secondo me aspetti da migliorare :-All'arrivo ci ha ricevuto una incaricata dell'host con la quale,a causa della lingua, non è stato facile comunicare .- A differenza di mie numerose precedenti esperienze non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo che, anche se non dovuto, fa la differenza nella percezionne positiva o negativa di accoglienza.- Ci è stato consegnato un solo mazzo di chiavi per sei persone cosa che ovviamente ha un po' condizionato i nostri movimenti. Abbiamo provato anche a chiedere se si poteva avere un altro mazzo ma niente.- Il frigorifero non funzionava correttamente, il freezer non congelava e il frigo stentava a raffeddare cosa che era conosciuta prima del nostro arrivo. È arrivato un tecnico che ovviamente non ha potuto che constatare che il compressore non funzionava.- problema standino per la biancheria lavata: a disposizione c'è solo un piccolo stendino sul retro della casa valido per poche cose, tanto che quando abbiamo lavato le lenzuola abbiamo dovuto stendere sulle piante in giardino.Anche in questo caso ne abbiamo chiesto uno supplementare ma senza riscontro.-Faccio un'ultima considerazione: la struttura è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia non attrezzata e, a disposizione degli ospiti, non c'è nessun ombrellone. Anche questo non è dovuto ma,anche questo, fa la differenza nella percezione positiva o meno dell"accoglienza.

About communication: i speak english, french, spanish and catalan and we were in permament contact with you. Of course this is not a hotel and the person who opened the door did not speak other languages but i was on my phone 24x7. About Sun umbrellas, we left a big one as we thought you would use but the 2 women who came before you said to keep it downstairs. About the fridge, the technician came and their statement is that is working (so no issues). I think to penalize our house because there was no water it’s too much but i guess this is your game. On another hand, you played really well your game, doing 2 bookings instead of one avoiding some fees with that trick.

Belle villa à 2 pas de la plage

La villa est très belle, spacieuse et idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage. Tout le confort est disponible et conforme à l'annonce. La communication avec nos hôtes était facile, fluide et efficace. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous essayerons de revenir aussi.

No la recomiendo, evitadla a toda costa.

"¡Experiencia terrible! Los colchones eran como dormir en una tabla de planchar, imposible descansar. Se iba la luz constantemente, y los propietarios son exageradamente delicados: al irte, esperaban que la casa estuviera como si nadie hubiera entrado, ni siquiera querían que nos sentáramos en el sofá. **Para colmo, después intentaron cobrarnos un extra ridículo de limpieza**. No vale la pena el estrés ni el mal servicio, ¡evítalo a toda costa!"

You are a total lier. Nobody has complaint about the mattresses for 1 year renting the house. What is true is that you have destroyed our house and now we need to repair everything. Vrbo needs to ban you fron the plattform because its for people like you, deposits are higher

Alles was man braucht

Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es fehlte nichts außer einer Klimaanlage. Ein Supermarkt in 5 minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle in 2 Minuten und das Meer vor der Haustür.

Casa estupenda

Casa muy bien situada. Al lado del mar. No se pasa calor. Casa muy cómoda, limpia y muy espaciosa. Con mucha luz. Fresca todo el día. Y con una salida a la playa muy cómoda. Ideal para ir con niños. Hemos estado muy cómodos. El verano que viene repetiremos.

The location of our house is unique, just in the beach and 20 minutes to Valencia to enjoy Ciutat de les Arts and the museums and Opera. On top if you like riding horses, there is a club just 5 minutes walk from the house. The house is perfect for a family or friends willing to do different activities or just sitting relaxing at the sea
